- One Box of pineapple or yellow cake mix
- Brown Sugar
- Crushed Pineapple in juice
- Maraschino cherries
- Eggs
- Oil
- The reserved juice from the crushed pineapple
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk or Mixer
- Measuring cups
- 9x13 baking dish, glass recommended
- Bowl scrape or rubber spatula
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice with the juice drained and reserved
- 12 Maraschino cherries
- 15.25 ounce pineapple or yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Preheat Oven to 350 F
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- Sprinkle the sugar in the pan and press to pack
