This recipe for peach pear cobbler came about when I wanted to make peach cobbler but I was short a can of peaches but I had a can of pears in my pantry. That being said feel free to use all peaches or all pears.

How to Make Slow Cooker Peach Pear Cobbler:
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Self Rising Flour
- Sugar
- Milk
- Canned peaches
- Canned Pears
- Cinnamon
Equipment:
- Slow Cooker
- Mixing Bowl
- Measuring cups
- Mixing spoon
- Can opener
Directions:
- Melt the butter and place in the slow cooker
- Mix the flour, sugar, and milk
- Pour the batter over the butter DO NOT MIX
- Spoon the fruit over the batter
- Drizzle with some of the peach syrup if desired
- Sprinkle with cinnamon

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour (don't have any? check out my buttermilk biscuit post to see how to make it)
- 1 cup milk
- 15 ounce can pears
- 15 ounce can peaches in heavy syrup
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour the melted butter in the insert of a 2-4 quart slow cooker
- Make a batter by mixing the flour, sugar, and milk together
- Pour the batter over the butter in the slow cooker. DO NOT MIX
- Spoon the peaches and pears into the slow cooker over the batter
- Drizzle with some of the syrup from the peaches if desired
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired
- Cover and cook on high for 2-4 hours depending on the size of your slow cooker
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired
