Air Fryer Ranch Roasted Potato Wedges

Air Fryer Ranch Roasted Potato Wedges taste amazing with burgers or hot dogs instead of traditional fries or with dishes you may serve regular roasted potatoes.
Potato wedges are one of the best ways to enjoy potatoes. Slightly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, they are the perfect side dish to so many things.

I never had much luck with making potato wedges at home until I tried them in the air fryer.

This particular batch was seasoning with ranch and some seasoning salt for a hint of the traditional flavor.
