- Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Directions:
- Cook beef and onions
- Drain grease
- Season and add to slow cooker
- Add the potatoes and mixed vegetables to the beef mixture
- Pour broth and tomato sauce over
- Season and stir
- Cover and cook

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 medium russet potatoes, chopped and peeled if desired
- 2 12 ounce bags of frozen mixed vegetables
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 cups beef broth
- To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
- 2-3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2-3 teaspoons ranch seasoning
- 2-3 teaspoons salt free garlic and herb seasoning
Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent
- Drain excess fat off the meat if necessary and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning
- Place the beef in the insert of a 6 quart slow cooker
- Add the potatoes and mixed vegetables
- Pour the tomato sauce and beef broth over the meat and vegetables
- Season with more salt and pepper, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, and salt free garlic and herb seasoning
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5-6 until the vegetables are tender
- Serve
